    1. Hi Rich,
Here is how to calculate it:
      • (mAh)/1000 x (V) = (Wh)
      • 27000/1000 x 3.7 = 99.9 Wh

Take the Wh and multiply it by the DC to AC conversion rate which is around 75% (though it can be higher)
      • 99.9 x 75% = 74.925 Wh

Then divide this figure by the total watts
      74.925 / 60 Watts = 1.248 Hours

A 27000mAh power bank will power your 100 volt light at most for almost an hour and a quarter.

      We hope this helps.

        1. Hi Klusner,
          It’s a good question.
          • 3.7 is the typical nominal voltage of a lithium-ion cell. Nearly all our power banks use lithium-ion while only a few use lithium-polymer batteries. More info here.
          • Power bank batteries are measured in milliampere hours (mAh). This is 1000th of an ampere hour (Ah). The formula requires the amphere hours hence why we divide by 1000.
          Hope that helps! 🙂

  1. Hi,

I have just bought the Solar Charger RP-PC005 with 3 USB connections but when I try to charge my iphone it says this product is not supported, do you know how I can fix this?

  2. There is NO INFO on how to “use the raypower ace series12000mAh External Battery Pack” and every youtube video is different what what I bought. I have two Smart holes on the bottom and there is a micro on the side. NOTHING is the same as this. HOW can I learn how this works??? I need a video that is exactly like what I purchased or I can’t understand it. I tried 10 others. PLEASE help me.

  3. Does the RP-WD03 have MAC filtering capabilities onboard? If I wanted limit access to 4 specific computers to this wireless hub, can I add those MAC addresses into this router and block all other incoming signals?

    1. Hi Jilly,
We currently do not ship to South Africa. You may look to alternative means like ordering from Amazon.com and using a shipping company to help deliver it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
