How long will the 27000 mah unit power a 60 watt 110 volt light?
Hi Rich,
Here is how to calculate it:
• (mAh)/1000 x (V) = (Wh)
• 27000/1000 x 3.7 = 99.9 Wh
Take the Wh and multiply it by the DC to AC conversion rate which is around 75% (though it can be higher)
• 99.9 x 75% = 74.925 Wh
Then divide this figure by the total watts
74.925 / 60 Watts = 1.248 Hours
A 27000mAh power bank will power your 100 volt light at most for almost an hour and a quarter.
We hope this helps.
May be dump question , why do we divide by 1000 and multiply it by 3.7 ?
Hi Klusner,
It’s a good question.
• 3.7 is the typical nominal voltage of a lithium-ion cell. Nearly all our power banks use lithium-ion while only a few use lithium-polymer batteries. More info here.
• Power bank batteries are measured in milliampere hours (mAh). This is 1000th of an ampere hour (Ah). The formula requires the amphere hours hence why we divide by 1000.
Hope that helps! 🙂

Does the RP-WD03 have MAC filtering capabilities onboard? If I wanted limit access to 4 specific computers to this wireless hub, can I add those MAC addresses into this router and block all other incoming signals?
Hi Drew,
We are sorry to tell that we don’t have MAC filtering capabilities at the moment. However, if using the FileHub on Bridge Mode, you can limit other users from connecting to the network. You can contact support@ravpower.com for more info. We hope this helps.

Hi, will you release any Sony a7riii batteries in the near future? (NP-FZ100)
No plans at the moment.
And now, after 3 months, is there any change about the NP-FZ100 batteries (and charger)?
We are preparing for a release. At this stage it seems like it will be available around September. Hope you can wait!
Any update for releasing date?
Seems like middle of September. We’ll probably have a blog post on the subject closer to release.
Any updates on the NP-FZ100 batteries?

Passed September 15, New update?
Hi Tuoyun,
We’ve recently had some trouble with our listings on Amazon with a number of them being blocked. As a result, the camera battery is not available until after we resolve our issue with Amazon. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Look for a power bank to power a dash cam whilst in Parking Mode. It will be used in a hot country.
What do you advise?
Can the dash cam be powered with a standard USB input or does it need USB-C? Just to be safe, this is your best bet in terms of a reliable power bank. LINK.
Just note, its best to keep a power bank in a cool place so hopefully you don’t run into any issues using it in a hot car.
Can you tell me if my model RP-PB41 26000/mAh can be taken with me on a commercial flight? I need to know asap.
Yes it can.
The negative terminal for my car battery jump pack broke in half. Any way I can get a new one? Or do I have to buy another jump pack?

I plan on taking a road trip and need an external battery/charger for my surface pro 4. I understand the surface pro is a 65 watt device. What charger/battery do you suggest and how long would it keep the surface pro running?
Hi Eve,
Try this: RAVPower 20100mAh 65W Portable Charger
Where is your product manufacturing country?
China
My Ravpower power bank Turbo+ Series 20100mAh will only charge my iPhoneX while the iPhone’s screen is on. This is either when it’s unlocked or when awake but locked. When the screen goes black, the charging stops. This happens from both the Quick Charge USB port and the iSmart 2.4A USB port. This happens with both the original apple USB cord and third-party USB cords.
Otherwise, the power brick seems to function as it should. It charges correctly, shows power status correctly, and charges a 2017 macbok pro through usb-c correctly.
What is the issue with the iPhone?
Thanks.
Please contact support@ravpower.com and we’ll help resolve this issue.
Where can I buy a replacement charger adaptor for my 27000mAh Powerstation RP-PB055 please? Mine snapped after a couple of months. Amazon reseller unable to supply.
Thanks
Hi Simon,
If you purchased from Sunvalley Brands (our parent company) we are able to provide a replacement charger for free.
Thanks for the reply. Sunvalley have told me they can’t provide a replacement but will provide a partial refund to purchase a compatible charger. But I’m struggling to find suitable adapter with the correct rating and thin connector. Can you advise what I should get? Thanks.
Did you contact us at support@ravpower.com? If you are based in the US, we would definitely be able to offer a replacement. If not, I’ll see what I can do for you. Reply with your order# and email address. The comments are moderated so no one will see your response.

Hi Eric,
Due to the limitation of the Apple iOS system, you can only access the Photos folder on your iPad or iPhone.
For chargers that have USB C, but not quick charging, could I use a USB C cable to plug into USB C in charger and USB C on my phone to charge faster? Thanks!
Ragan
Hi Ragan,
It will be faster than using charging a standard USB-A to Micro-USB cable. Read more about USB-C in our full ‘Getting To USB-C’ feature.
